1. Definitions / 用語の定義​

In these Customer Booking Terms:

• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means FBB Japan Pty Ltd trading as Kumatora Japan Travel Service.

• “Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person, business, or entity requesting a quotation, booking, consultation, ticketing, or other travel-related service from us.

• “Supplier” means any airline, hotel, transport provider, tour operator, activity provider, wholesaler, insurer, or other third party providing travel products or services.

• “Service Fee” means any consultation fee, booking fee, ticketing fee, change fee, cancellation handling fee, or administrative fee charged by us.​

本顧客向け予約・手配条件において、以下の用語は次の意味を有します。

• 「当社」とは、Kumatora Japan Travel Service の名称で事業を行う FBB Japan Pty Ltd をいいます。

• 「お客様」とは、当社に対して見積依頼、予約依頼、相談、発券依頼またはその他旅行関連サービスを依頼する個人、法人または団体をいいます。

• 「供給者」とは、航空会社、ホテル、交通機関、ツアー会社、アクティビティ提供会社、ホールセラー、保険会社その他旅行商品またはサービスを提供する第三者をいいます。

• 「当社手数料」とは、相談料、予約手数料、発券手数料、変更手数料、取消対応手数料、事務手数料その他当社が請求する手数料をいいます。

2. Application of These Terms / 本条件の適用範囲

These Customer Booking Terms apply to all quotations, consultations, bookings, ticketing, accommodation arrangements, land arrangements, and other travel-related services provided by us, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. By requesting a quotation, instructing us to proceed, making a booking, or making payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

本条件は、当社が提供する見積、相談、予約、発券、宿泊手配、地上手配その他旅行関連サービスのすべてに適用されます。ただし、当社が別途書面により異なる条件を定めた場合を除きます。お客様は、見積依頼、手配依頼、予約申込または支払いを行った時点で、本条件を確認し、理解し、同意したものとみなされます。

3. Quotations, Availability and Booking Confirmation / 見積・空席空室・予約成立

All quotations are subject to availability, currency fluctuation, supplier rules, and change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and, where required, ticketed or paid in full. A booking is not confirmed until we issue written confirmation and receive any payment required by the applicable deadline.

すべての見積は、空席・空室状況、為替変動、各供給者の条件その他の事情により、予約成立前までは予告なく変更される場合があります。予約は、当社が書面または電子的方法により確認を行い、かつ適用される支払期限までに必要な入金を確認した時点で成立します。

4. Prices, Currency and Service Fees / 料金・通貨・当社手数料

Unless otherwise stated, our service fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are payable in addition to airfare, hotel charges, tour charges, taxes, penalties, and any other supplier charges.

別段の定めがない限り、当社手数料はすべて豪ドル（AUD）建てとし、航空運賃、宿泊料金、ツアー料金、税金、取消料、変更料その他各供給者の請求額とは別途発生します。

• Airticket Premium / 航空券手配プレミアム — AUD 60 per ticket

• Airticket (Booking only) / 航空券予約のみ — AUD 35 per ticket

• Airticket Extra Segment / 航空券追加区間 — AUD 30 per ticket

• Airticket Non-refundable / 払戻不可航空券手配 — AUD 40 per ticket

• Airticket Change Fee / 航空券変更手数料 — AUD 45 per ticket

• Airticket Cancellation Fee / 航空券取消手数料 — AUD 45 per ticket

• Japan Domestic / 日本国内線手配 — AUD 30 per ticket

• Japan Dom Extra Segment / 日本国内線追加区間 — AUD 10 per ticket

• Japan Dom Change Fee / 日本国内線変更手数料 — AUD 20 per ticket

• Hotel Booking Fee / ホテル予約手数料 — AUD 15 per booking

• Hotel Change Fee / ホテル変更手数料 — AUD 15 per change

• Hotel Cancellation Fee / ホテル取消手数料 — AUD 30 per cancel

• Consulting Fee / 相談料 — AUD 100 per 30 mins

• Travel Package Consultant / 旅行パッケージ相談 — AUD 60 per person

Our service fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced, including consultation, reservation work, amendment handling, cancellation handling, re-quotation, payment processing, or communication with suppliers, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

当社手数料は、相談対応、予約作業、変更対応、取消対応、再見積、入金確認、供給者との連絡調整等を含む当社業務に着手した後は、原則として返金不可とします。ただし、当社が別途書面により認めた場合を除きます。

​

5. Payment Methods and Payment Deadlines / 支払方法および支払期限

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer to our Australian bank account only, subject to the following conditions:

1. If payment is made by credit card, the customer must bear a 2.2% surcharge on the total amount payable.

2. If payment is made by bank transfer, payment must be remitted only to our Australian bank account.

3. We do not accept payment to any bank account in Japan.

4. Any bank transfer fee, intermediary bank fee, remittance charge, exchange charge, and similar bank-related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

当社は、以下の条件に従い、クレジットカード払い、または当社のオーストラリア銀行口座への銀行振込によるお支払いのみを受け付けます。

1. クレジットカード払いの場合、お客様にはお支払い総額の2.2％をご負担いただきます。

2. 銀行振込の場合、ご入金先は当社のオーストラリア銀行口座に限ります。

3. 日本国内の銀行口座へのお支払いはお受けしておりません。

4. 振込手数料、中継銀行手数料、送金手数料、為替手数料その他銀行関連費用は、別途書面による合意がない限り、お客様の負担とします。

Unless otherwise specified by us in writing, payment must be received by the deadline shown on our quotation, invoice, payment request, or booking confirmation.

​

別途当社が書面で定める場合を除き、お支払いは、当社の見積書、請求書、支払案内または予約確認書に記載する期限までに完了するものとします。

​

6. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds / 変更・取消・返金

Any change or cancellation requested by the customer may result in our applicable service fees and handling fees, as well as separate change fees, cancellation penalties, fare differences, taxes, or other charges imposed by the relevant supplier.

お客様都合による変更または取消には、当社所定の手数料および対応費用、ならびに各供給者が定める変更料、取消料、運賃差額、税金その他関連費用が発生する場合があります。

​

Special fares, promotional fares, restricted fares, and non-refundable products may be wholly or partly non-refundable.

​

特別運賃、プロモーション運賃、制限付き運賃、払戻不可商品については、お支払済み金額の全部または一部が返金不可となる場合があります。

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes / チャージバックおよび支払紛争

If the customer has any question or dispute regarding a charge, the customer must contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback.

お客様が請求内容または決済内容について疑義を有する場合には、合理的に可能な限り、チャージバックその他の支払取消手続を開始する前に、まず当社へ連絡し、当社に調査および解決のための合理的な機会を与えるものとします。

8. Accuracy of Customer Information / お客様情報の正確性

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all names, dates of birth, passport details, contact details, loyalty numbers, and other booking information provided to us are complete and accurate.

お客様は、氏名、生年月日、旅券情報、連絡先、会員番号その他予約に必要な情報を、正確かつ完全に当社へ提供する責任を負います。

​

9. Passports, Visas, Insurance and Travel Requirements / 旅券・査証・保険・渡航条件

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport, obtain all required visas, meet health and vaccination requirements, comply with customs and immigration rules, and satisfy all travel requirements imposed by authorities or suppliers.

お客様は、有効な旅券の所持、必要な査証（ビザ）の取得、健康・予防接種条件の充足、税関・出入国規則の遵守、および行政機関または供給者が定めるすべての渡航条件の充足について、自己の責任を負うものとします。

​

10. Supplier Terms and Order of Priority / 供給者条件および適用順位

Travel products and services arranged by us are subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation rules, refund rules, baggage rules, and operational restrictions of the relevant suppliers.

​

当社が手配する旅行商品および旅行サービスには、各供給者が定める利用条件、運賃規則、取消条件、返金条件、手荷物規則、運航・運営上の制限その他の条件が適用されます。

11. Agency Role and Limitation of Liability / 当社の立場および責任の制限

We act as an intermediary or agent in arranging travel products and services provided by suppliers.

当社は、各供給者が提供する旅行商品または旅行サービスの手配において、仲介者または代理人として行動します。

​

12. Force Majeure / 不可抗力

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, border restrictions, government action, transport disruption, or supplier default.

​

天災、悪天候、火災、水害、感染症、戦争、テロ、騒乱、労働争議、国境制限、政府措置、輸送障害または供給者の不履行その他当社の合理的支配を超える事由により生じた履行不能または履行遅延について、当社は責任を負いません。

​

13. Privacy / 個人情報の取扱い

The customer authorise us to collect, use, store, and disclose personal information to the extent reasonably necessary for quotation, booking, ticketing, payment processing, customer support, legal compliance, and communication with suppliers and payment providers.

​

お客様は、当社が、見積、予約、発券、決済処理、顧客対応、法令遵守、ならびに供給者および決済事業者との連絡に必要な合理的範囲で、個人情報を取得、利用、保管および開示することに同意するものとします。

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / 準拠法および管轄

These Customer Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

​

本顧客向け予約・手配条件は、強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、オーストラリア・クイーンズランド州法に準拠します。

​

15. Acceptance / 同意

By asking us to proceed with a booking, requesting issuance of any ticket or travel document, or making payment to us, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Customer Booking Terms.

お客様は、当社に対し予約手配を依頼し、航空券その他旅行書類の発行を依頼し、または当社へ支払いを行うことにより、本顧客向け予約・手配条件を読み、理解し、これに同意したものとみなされます。
